Feeling Fabulous is a Matter of Choice! Workshop - Keynote

The Feeling Fabulous is a Matter of Choice! Workshop has the goal to empower and inspire women to feel good about themselves by looking within and learning how to build self-confidence and understanding that they do have the choice to find their own happiness and joy in their personal and professional lives. Confidence is a skill that can be built by anyone. We are not born with self confidence. With the 10 tips that are given during this workshop, the attendees come out already feeling empowered! They will also take away tools to continue their inner journey of self-empowerment and personal development.

The history of women clearly creates a blockage on allowing them to look inwards and take care of themselves. It’s the natural tendency since the beginning of time that women “were created” to take care of others, and many times they just forget to take care of themselves and that directly affects their performance at work. The way we think at home is the way we think at work, so by empowering these women to find their own light of inner strength will directly improve their performance at work. We forget that we always have the choice to react to our emotions in a positive way, even though we might not be able to change our circumstances. Where we are today is always a result of the choices we’ve made so far. Therefore, this workshop is perfect to help women find their own path to becoming the better version of themselves.

What are the take aways from this Workshop:

  • you will clearly understand the difference between LOOKING fabulous vs FEELING fabulous vs BEING fabulous.

  • You will learn the necessary inner work to really FEEL fabulous about yourself

  • you will bring home with you tools to help you continue your journey into your self empowerment and constantly feeling fabulous about yourself

  • When you feel fabulous, you find your inner light and all areas of your life change for the better.

You will leave the workshop already feeling fabulous about yourself, empowered and ready to spread your beautiful inner light! The full workshop lasts 3 hours, which includes some individual and some group work.

If you work at an organization looking for a MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER to EMPOWER your WOMEN EMPLOYEES, you are in the right place! I created a 30 minutes Keynote where I dive deep into one of the 10 tips I share during this workshop to help the women start their process of finding their inner strength.

I took this amazing workshop in January 2020 in what some could describe as the most difficult time of my life. I choose now to see this as the most amazing time of my life and a catalyst for a bright and sparkly future. Taking sage advice, emotional intelligence and the power of the mind into account, Fabiana will give you practical action steps that can act as a springboard to feeling fabulous and empowered if you choose it to be so. Invest in yourself, invest in your employees and take this fabulous workshop!
